Yes, all of the Prestige Homes & Building Corp. communities have CC&R's to protect the integrity and standards within the community. |

Do we get to choose the colors of the carpets and tiles? |
Yes, if your home is a pre-sale, you will be notified when it's time to make these selections for your new home. If you purchase the home at such time that construction has commenced, and if these items have not been order, you will be notified when, where and what you need to choose. |

How far is the freeway, say to the airport or Seattle? |
Clark Lake Estates is located on the East Hill of Kent with easy access to the Highway 167 which would be the freeway you'd take to the airport or Seattle. From Clark Lake Estates you'd drive west on SE 240 to Central and take a right that connects you to Highway 167. |

Homeowers Dues
How much are the HomeOwners Association dues? |
They are set at $40.00 per month or $480.00 yearly but this could be changed to allow for additional items for the park, or other things the Association might deem necessary. |
